Eric & Gena Boggs Sr. Pastors

Pastor Eric and his wife Gena serve as Senior Pastors at Beech Springs Tabernacle in Pelzer, South Carolina. They have served this congregation and community for twenty years. Pastors Eric & Gena are known for their love for people and their message of restoration for every individual--man, woman, boy and girl. They minister a message of hope, deliverance, and freedom to all, believing that God has a plan and destiny for everyone. It is their desire to see God's people exercise their right of redemption to their promised inheritance. Pastors Eric and Gena's greatest joy in ministry is to see people's lives changed and empowered by the living Christ.
Pastor Eric graduated from Greenwood High School and Lander University with a BS degree in Business/Management. He has completed course study at Erskine Theological Seminary and Southwestern University. Pastor Eric was chosen as one of eighty pastors in the United States for the "Sustaining Pastoral Excellence" program through the Lily Foundation. He is a certified leadership coach through Valwood Coaching. Pastor Eric is presently serving on the Anderson County Council on Domestic Violence with the county solicitor's office. He and Pastor Gena together have served on the Advisory Council for the Palmetto Family and Marriage Project through the state of South Carolina. Pastor Gena graduated from Greenwood High School and Erskine College with a degree in Music Education. She teaches music in the public school system. She also leads the Homebuilders Ministry and serves on the worship team at Beech Springs Tabernacle. She and Pastor Eric host an annual Marriage Retreat and speak for marriage enrichment conferences and seminars. Their newest endeavor has been founding "Better Marriage 4 U", a ministry focused on strengthening marriage relationships. They believe God has anointed them to speak to couples and to bring healing and restoration to relationships and to families. Pastor Eric and Gena have been married for 23 years and have four children, Jill, Lauren, Kylie, and Eric. Jr.
